Required Qualifications Ohio State Optical license 2 or more years'
management experience supervising 2 to 3 direct reports to include
the responsibility of performance management. Completion of 2 or
more years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's
supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience
including 1 year's optical experience. Essential Functions
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and
assignments Drives sales in the Vision Center Ensures compliance
with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for
the Vision Center Ensures compliance with company policies and
procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of
ethics and integrity Ensures the provision of quality eyewear
Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates
on proper Customer/Member service approaches and techniques to
ensure Customer/Member needs, complaints, and issues are
successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.
Oversees the implementation of and participates in community
outreach programs, and encourages Associates to serve as good
members of the community. Provides supervision and development
opportunities for Associates in the Vision Center Provides
supervision and development opportunities for associates Upholds

Physical Activities The following physical activities are necessary
to perform one or more essential functions of this position.
Observes associate, customer, or supplier behavior. Enters and
locates information on computer. Moves up and down a ladder. Moves
up and down stairs. Presents information to small or large groups
and individuals. Communicates effectively in person or by using
telecommunications equipment. Creates documents, reports, etc.,
using a writing instrument (such as a pencil or pen) or computer.
Grasps, turns, and manipulates objects of varying size and weight,
requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Visually
verifies information, often in small print. Reads information,
often in small print. Visually locates merchandise and other
objects. Visually inspects equipment. Reaches overhead and below
the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing
up to 25 pounds without assistance. Travel Traveling is necessary
to perform one or more essential functions of this position. Works
or trains at multiple facilities or distant locations. (Travel of
extended duration, meaning seven days or more, is not required,
except for management training and emergency situations) Work
Environment Working in the following environment is necessary to
perform one or more of the essential functions of this position.
Moves through narrow, confined spaces such as stacks of merchandise
or supplies, storage areas, and closets. May work with substances
that require special handling Moves over sloping, uneven, or
slippery surfaces. Works overnight and on varying shifts as
