This is how you will grow: This role focuses on executing validation and verification tests, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring regulatory compliance across closures and interior systems. Execute validation and verification tests on body system components and subsystems. Define test methods, acceptance criteria, and test environments. Document findings and provide root cause analysis when required. Work with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve test failures. Document test results in detailed engineering reports. Maintain traceability of issues and test findings through issue tracking systems (e.g.: JIRA). Present test results to internal stakeholders and participate in design reviews. Manage, track, and deliver any required test property updates and retrofits. Drive delivery of testing to project milestones. Ensure quality test reports and proper data collection. Deliver efficient test property usage through re-use strategies. Communicate all test results to the cross-functional team. Automotive OEM experience Engineering Degree needed
