Description Join a veteran-owned custom fabrication facility
specializing in non-ferrous fabrication. We are a preferred partner
for industries including defense, aerospace, pharmaceutical, and
automotive. Our facility operates as a job shop with a focus on
providing high-quality welding services. Responsibilities Perform
TIG welding on sheet metal, stainless steel, and steel. Engage in
fabrication and fitting on fixtures and forming of projects varying
in size. Set up and operate welding machines efficiently. Read and
interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately. Conduct weld
tests and pass in both flat and horizontal positions. Essential
Skills 5 years of TIG welding experience in a prototype
environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols.
Experience with materials such as sheet metal, stainless steel, and
steel. Ability to set up and run welding machines. Additional
Skills & Qualifications Fitting experience (willing to perform a
fitting test). Mig welding capabilities. Past AWS certification.
Knowledge of different gases used in welding. Why Work Here? We

climate-controlled job shop environment with designated areas for
CNC and welding. This is a 1st shift position with hours from
Monday to Thursday (4x10 hours) and Fridays (8 hours). The schedule
is slightly flexible, with rare Saturday shifts based on project
needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Chesterfield, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for
this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply
to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and
length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
