Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This contract position is
for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide
behavior specialist services during the Extended School Year (ESY)
in Bucks County, PA. The main office is located in Doylestown, with
assignments at various school sites within approximately 35 minutes
of each candidates residence. Candidates must have reliable
transportation and meet Pennsylvania Department of Education BCBA
credential requirements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavior
intervention services and support for students with moderate to
severe behavioral needs. Collaborate with educators and related
service providers to develop and implement individualized behavior
plans. Participate in orientation and preparation activities prior
to the ESY instructional dates. Adhere to established schedules and
documentation requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Active
BCBA licensure meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education
standards. Experience working with populations exhibiting moderate
to severe behavioral challenges in school settings. Ability to
commit to the full ESY schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM
to 2:30 PM student hours; staff hours 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM. Reside
within a 35-minute commute of the assigned school to ensure
punctual attendance. Reliable transportation and readiness to work
across specified locations. Understanding of and ability to meet
credentialing timeline requirements. Candidates must not have
worked with this client through another agency within the past year
(one-year break required). Locations: Fallsington Elementary School

MondayThursday ESY Instructional Dates: June 29 to July 30, 2026
Approximately 24 hours per week Orientation dates and hours vary by
