(ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1
year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

considered. We are seeking a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to
provide crucial communication support within an educational
setting. This role is based in Cleveland, OH, with opportunities
for travel between school locations. The ideal candidate will have
a passion for facilitating communication and promoting inclusivity
in schools. Key Responsibilities: Interpret spoken language into
American Sign Language (ASL) and vice versa during classroom
instruction and school activities Support students with hearing
impairments to fully participate in educational programs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective
communication and understanding Assist in the preparation of
materials and resources tailored to students communication needs
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Preferred
Qualifications: Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
Experience working as a sign language interpreter in educational
environments Ability to travel between multiple school sites within
the Cleveland area Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, adaptability, and dedication to supporting student
success Location: Cleveland, OH (Travel between school sites
