Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated bathroom and kitchen laborer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the foreman, ensuring that projects progress smoothly without delays. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of bathroom and kitchen remodeling, from demolition to the final touches. Why Work Here? Compensation: $17 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Remove any trash, debris or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site Stack and prep all of the tools and building materials that are needed for a project in order to keep everything organized Assist in all phases of bathroom and kitchen renovations, including demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing, and fixture installation. Ensure the foreman can maintain workflow by proactively preparing materials and tools needed for each task. Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the company's standards. Communicate effectively with the foreman and other team members to anticipate needs and prevent work stoppages. Qualifications: Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow-through Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance Previous electrical and plumbing experience preferred, but not required. Previous experience in residential renovations preferred, but not required. Positive attitude and coachability. Comfortable with physical labor and working in various conditions.
