Every day is different you might be jetting out a line at an apartment complex in the morning and diagnosing a commercial sewer blockage that afternoon. Youll work with high-performance equipment, a supportive team, and the satisfaction of knowing your work prevents major damages and costly downtime. What Youll Do Operate jetting machines, vac units, and camera inspection systems Clean and maintain drain lines, sewers, grease traps, and catch basins Diagnose blockages, leaks, root intrusions, and damaged lines Complete repairs or assist with replacements as needed Document work thoroughly using mobile tools and follow all OSHA safety standards Communicate clearly with team members and property staff Work both independently and with a partner on larger jobs Must-Have Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments Reliability, professionalism, and a strong safety-first mindset Valid drivers license and clean driving record Willingness to work in confined spaces and around wastewater (with PPE) Nice to Have Experience in sewer & drain cleaning, plumbing, or construction (training provided) CDL or experience with heavy equipment Knowledge of jetting, vacuum, or camera inspection systems Positive attitude and strong communication skills Desire to grow into advanced roles or specialized sewer operations Not a Fit If You Struggle with physical or outdoor work in all weather conditions Are uncomfortable working around wastewater, debris, or confined spaces Have poor attendance or time-management habits Avoid documentation, communication, or following strict safety procedures Get overwhelmed by problem-solving or fast-changing job conditions Why Youll Love Working Here Hands-on training with powerful sewer and drain equipment Supportive, safety-driven team environment Stable, year-round work in a consistently growing industry Opportunities to advance into senior roles, CDL positions, or specialty sewer operations Real impact: your work protects homes, businesses, and entire communities If youre mechanically minded, hardworking, and ready for a job where your skills truly matter, apply today and join our sewer & drain operations team.
