What you can Expect from the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail oriented, driven, and
ambitious Marketing and Communications Coordinator. This role is a
key member of the marketing team with a focus on planning,
outlining, designing, and managing digital and printed marketing
communication as well as planning and leading global tradeshows and
events to effectively inform and promote Volk products to our
customers. This includes the design and execution of digital and
print marketing content; building and maintaining the Volk web,
social media, and digital marketing footprint; project and
marketing vendor management; tradeshow/event management. The ideal
candidate will have a strong design sense, ability to understand
and be custodian of business and product brand identity . This role
will have a strong creative output and manage projects to
--- Plan, design, create marketing content and collateral in
collaboration with product managers, rest of the marketing team,
and external creative agencies aligned with Volk's marketing
--- Design and oversee of tradeshows, exhibitions, school events,
and any additional event Volk participates in that calendar year.
Develop the theme, look, and feel of trade show and exhibition
booths and work with vendors and outside agencies for design
support and creation of booth components and materials. Work with
product managers and internal stakeholders to oversee the
successful execution of tradeshows.
--- Execute digital demand generation activities and marketing
campaigns aligned with product managers' roadmap and ensure
collection and transfer of campaign data to the sales team.
--- Build and maintain Volk's web and social media profiles and
presence. Monitor and report on all digital footprint analytics
with insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of
Volk's digital presence collaborating with product managers.
--- Organize and manage global webinar activities with key KOLs
from scheduling, preparation, to successful broadcasti ng.
--- Identify and oversee the work of 3rd party vendors responsible
for the creation of content and materials to ensure that
deliverables are completed on-time, within budget, on specification
and high quality.
--- Execute tasks and manage projects as assigned to support the
internal and external marketing and communications efforts of
--- A bachelor's degree in marketing, visual communications,
graphics design or other related field of study
--- Exceptional project management skills
--- Exceptional verbal and written communicationsskills
--- A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing with a heavy
emphasis on graphics design, content development and digital
--- UX and UI design and rapid prototyping experience via Adobe XD,
Figma or similar
--- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and lnDesign
--- Exceptional attention to detail
--- Demonstrated experience in graphics design, branding and
development of marketing collateral
--- Demonstrated experience in video storyboarding and explaining
the product story to internal stakeholders and external creative
agencies in simple and straightforward manner.
--- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume
environment and ability to multi-task and make decisions with

--- Experience of operating in a small but dynamic and fast-moving
