Type of assignment: Contract to hire

Work Schedule: M-F; 8AM - 5PM

Pay Rate: $17 - $23/hr

Duties:

1. Validate customer name, address and ownership performed through a blend of 3rd Party Enrichment data (E.G. Loqate, Definitive Healthcare, Dun & Bradstreet, etc) and ad-hoc internet research

2. Establish new customer party's, customer accounts, and customer sites within Oracle EBS & Cloud Environments

3. Maintain team email inbox and Customer Request Form queue

4. Create, modify, or inactivate customer party's and customer account relationships

5. Modify customer party's and customer accounts:

a. Name changes and ownership changes

b. Address format changes

c. Address additions and inactivation

6. Ensure a myriad of customer databases (E.G. Oracle and Siebel) remain synchronized

7. Identify customer accounts and/or customer hierarchies to be cleansed; execute cleansing proactively

8. Utilize various reporting tools including COGNOS, Tableau, and others, to review accuracy of customer data

9. Investigate returned mail and update customer database accordingly

10. Assign ultimate Customer Profile alignment for accounts based on information from Dun & Bradstreet

11. Assist with Party, Customer, and Account Merge process

12. Perform additional maintenance as required

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED OR 3-4 years' experience

1. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

2. Detail -oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

3. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

4. Strong organizational capabilities.

7. LEAN Project Leadership Experience a Plus

Bachelor's Degree a Plus
