Job Description Job Description Tax Senior Manager- Manufacturing Group Hybrid | Hermitage, PA or Columbus, OH Qualifications 8 years of public accounting experience Interest and readiness to progress to Partner within two years Manufacturing experience preferred CPA designation or law degree required Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills Working knowledge of accounting and tax software Responsibilities Provide proactive individual and business tax planning, consulting, and compliance services Lead and review individual and business tax engagements, including flow-through entities Manage client relationships, deadlines, and identify tax-saving opportunities Collaborate with firm leadership on client service, professional development, and growth initiatives Supervise and mentor associate and senior associate team members Support business development through networking and client expansion Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients on impact Model the firm’s culture, values, and commitment to client service ?Spartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
