Job Description Job Description LHH is supporting a client in Independence, OH, to find a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills who can hit the ground running and support finance operations during a busy period. Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance At least 2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Schedule & Pay: Full-time, Monday-Friday Competitive hourly rate based on experience Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
