Your role is absolutely crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction
and retention! Responsibilities of an AT&T Client Account
Manager include: Serve as a trusted advisor by interacting directly
with customers—answering inquiries, uncovering needs, and
presenting tailored solutions that highlight the value of
AT&T’s products and services. Leverage advanced knowledge of
AT&T’s offerings to recommend upgrades, bundle options, and
premium services that optimize the customer experience and maximize
account value. Play a hands-on role in onboarding, training, and
coaching new team members to meet sales performance standards and
uphold service excellence. Ensure accurate execution of sales
transactions, customer upgrades, and account modifications while
maintaining full compliance with AT&T policies and industry
regulations. Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs by
utilizing relationship-building strategies and a customer-first
approach. Champion the integrity of the AT&T brand by adhering
to all operational, ethical, and legal guidelines across every
customer touchpoint.
